Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a dispatch/shipping confirmation email or message once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Methods & Costs

  • We offer standard and (if applicable) express shipping:

    • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days (countrywide or region-based).

    • Express / Priority Shipping: Delivery within 3–4 business days (additional cost applies).

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.

  • For large / heavy / fragile items, additional packaging fees may apply.

Delivery Locations & Restrictions

  • We deliver to all addresses within [Region / Country / Cities you serve].

  • If you order from an area outside our delivery zone, we will contact you and may cancel the order for full refund or discuss alternate arrangements.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link (if courier tracking is available). Use that to monitor delivery status.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery window — please contact us within 6 days of the expected delivery date.

  • If the item is damaged on arrival — inspect immediately, keep original packaging, take photos, and contact us within 4 days of delivery. We will arrange a refund or replacement based on inspection.

  • Shipping charges for returns (if allowed) are the customer’s responsibility, unless damage or error is confirmed on our side.

In-Store Pickup (if applicable)

If you prefer to pick up your order from our physical store / warehouse — select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
